These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drexxin website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or purchase our products.

Drexxin LLC operates under the brand name Drexxin.

2. Eligibility

By using this site or purchasing from Drexxin, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Use

Drexxin sells both physical products and related accessories, including consumable items such as Pods.

All products are intended for household use only. Products must be used strictly in accordance with provided instructions. Misuse, modification, or use outside intended purposes voids any warranties and may result in damage or injury for which Drexxin is not responsible.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Drexxin reserves the right to correct pricing errors, misprints, or inaccuracies at any time and to cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect pricing, even if payment has already been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically ship within 8–12 days, for an estimated total delivery time of 11–17 days.

This delivery timeframe applies to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Important Notice

All delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside of Drexxin’s control.

Drexxin is not liable for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

General Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused or minimally used, as determined by Drexxin upon inspection.

Return eligibility and return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the situation and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Consumables & Pods

  • Individual Pod refills purchased separately are returnable only if unopened.
  • Pods included with The Arvo are not evaluated separately when determining eligibility for a return of The Arvo unit itself.
  • Opened Pod refills are non-returnable.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Free of excessive wear, damage, or misuse
  • Returned with all included components

Items that show significant use, damage, or misuse may be refused or subject to partial refunds.

Final Sale Items

There are no final sale items at this time.

7. Warranty

Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Drexxin products include a 60-day manufacturer warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage present upon arrival

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Drexxin Protection Plan

Customers may optionally purchase the Drexxin Protection Plan, which extends coverage for:

  • 1 year or 2 years, depending on the plan selected

Coverage terms for the Protection Plan are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to their own conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Drexxin’s total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
  • Drexxin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
  • Use of any product is at the customer’s own risk

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product designs
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Text, images, manuals, and graphics

is the exclusive property of Drexxin LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Drexxin reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone
  • Cancel or limit quantities of any order
  • Terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse

This may occur at Drexxin’s sole discretion.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

Arbitration will be conducted under applicable U.S. arbitration rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

Drexxin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
