Returns, Guarantee & Warranty Policy
Premium products require premium standards. The following policy protects customers while ensuring hygiene, quality control, and fairness.
What Counts as "Used" (Not Eligible for Return)
Customers may open and inspect the product. A product is considered used if any of the following are true:
Internal use:
- A new pod was inserted
- Auto-seal or cutting system activated passed initial unboxing
- Any trash, debris, dust, crumbs, or liquids placed inside.
Operational wear:
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, or residue
- Odor inside the unit
- Moisture inside the chamber
Packaging & completeness:
Missing Accessories (Pods, Cable, lock ring (pre-installed))
If any condition above is met, the product is considered used and cannot be returned for a refund.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Requirements:
- Product must be unused as defined above
- Must include original components
- Customer pays return shipping if necessary (unless defective).
Refunds are issued after inspection. Items failing inspection will not be refunded and may be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Opened pods and bags cannot be returned. This may lead to partial refund.
60-Day Standard Warranty (Free)
All Drexxin products include a 60-day limited standard warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This covers:
- Electrical failure
- Motor or sealing mechanism failure
- Sensor malfunction
- Structural defects not caused by user damage
Standard warranty exclusions:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Water damage
- Cosmetic wear after use
- Incorrect pod or bag installation
- Consumables
If a defect is confirmed within 60 days of delivery, a replacement will be shipped at no cost. No return is required unless requested for quality control.
Extended Coverage (1–2 Year Warranty)
Customers may optionally purchase 1-year or 2-year Extended Coverage at checkout.
This provides:
- Full coverage on mechanical and electrical failures
- Accidental damage protection (drops, spills, impacts - 1 incident total)
- Free replacement unit
- Priority support
- No return required for defective units
- Extended Coverage exclusions:
- Intentional damage or extreme negligence
- Water damage from submersion
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Incorrect pod or bag installation
- Consumables
Photo or video proof required for accidental damage claims.
Purchase Window:
Extended Coverage must be purchased at checkout or any time before the order arrives at the customer's delivery address.
Once the product is marked as delivered, Extended Coverage cannot be added.
This ensures accurate coverage start dates and prevents misuse after defects occur.
If No Extended Coverage Is Purchased
Only the 60-day standard warranty applies. Customers may still purchase Extended Coverage any time before their order is delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (7-Day Window From Arrival Date)
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Customer must notify Drexxin within 7 days of delivery
Video or photo proof is required
A replacement will be sent at no cost
No return required unless specifically requested
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
A Drexxin agent will provide approval and either return instructions or warranty resolution.
Why These Standards Exist
Drexxin products incorporate advanced sensors, motors, and consumable systems. To maintain hygiene, performance integrity, and customer health standards, only unused items can be refunded, and warranty coverage is structured to provide both fairness and maximum transparency.
