For promotional offers (such as free Pods or bundled deals), shipping charges remain unchanged unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you need to modify an address after placing an order, contact us immediately—orders that have already shipped cannot be redirected.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing begins (with 12-24 hours). Once processing has started, the order cannot be edited or cancelled.
