Power off The Arvo, turn it back on, and reactivate the change process by holding the touch sensor. If the bag is stuck when seating the canister (double tap) simply double tap again while lifting the rear end. Error only occurs on deep rugs or uneven surfaces.

How do I return under the Money-Back Guarantee?

Contact support with your order number and description of the performance issue. We'll provide a prepaid return label within 24-48 hours. Refund processes within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned unit.

Is this different from the standard warranty?

No. Manufacturing defects are covered for 60 days from delivery. Refunds are issued immediately upon claim approval or when the return is received.
