The Arvo doesn't audibly stand out—soft motor hum when opening, gentle beeping on interaction. You'll barely notice it.

The exception: bag aeration. When installing a new bag, The Arvo draws it into the canister to eliminate air pockets and maximize capacity. This takes 2-3 seconds and sounds like a vacuum spooling up. Brief, but noticeably louder.

It's the engineering tradeoff for a bag that seats perfectly and uses 100% of its volume. After aeration, you're back to near-silent operation.

The Arvo uses proprietary pods engineered for its auto-change mechanism. Open the motion sensor lid, remove the square lock ring, replace the empty pod, and reinstall the lock ring.

Yes. The Arvo's pods are liquid tight after heat sealing, trapping all liquids and odors.

Power off The Arvo, turn it back on, and reactivate the change process by holding the touch sensor. If the bag is stuck when seating the canister (double tap) simply double tap again while lifting the rear end. Error only occurs on deep rugs or heavily textured surfaces.

Contact support expressing your dissatisfaction and you will be reimbursed per the guidelines for return.

The Arvo is built to perform to specification. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

What's covered:

This guarantee covers functional performance as documented in The Arvo's technical specifications: motion sensor detection range, bag-changing mechanism operation, and seal integrity. If your unit fails to meet any of these standards within 60 days of delivery, you're eligible for a full refund.

This guarantee does not cover preference-based returns, aesthetic concerns, or compatibility issues that could have been verified prior to purchase.

Arrived damaged?

If your Arvo arrives with damage beyond minor cosmetic imperfections, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

How to request a refund:

Contact support with your order number and a brief description of the performance issue. We'll issue a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned unit.

Extended Coverage:

The standard guarantee covers manufacturing defects for 60 days from delivery. Extended Coverage extends this protection for 1 or 2 additional years past delivery date, depending on the plan selected at purchase.

Extended Coverage extends warranty protection for 1 or 2 years beyond the standard 60-day warranty, covering all mechanical and electrical failures (motor, sensors, sealing mechanism, electrical components, structural defects) plus accidental damage from drops, spills, and impacts (1 incident total).

Excludes intentional damage, submersion, cosmetic wear, and consumables. Covered issues receive a free replacement unit with priority support. Photo/video proof required for accidents.
